Please accept my most sincere condolences on the loss of your mother. She and your dad were always so gracious in opening their home to the basketball teams at Mars. They were certainly your most dedicated supporters! I hope that your many wonderful memories of times spent together will get you through this most difficult time.

The basketball dinners were definitely one of my Mother's happiest moments. She loved entertaining and she loved that over the years, many women reminded her of what great events and how they enjoyed the flowers and dinner. We are lucky that she was with us for so long.

Thank you so much for your note and kind posting. Although quick and sudden, and therefore, a shock to us, she is definitely in a better place and will not be suffering now. The good-bye is hard but she had a great life and was a great Mom.
