Joey... you were always a part of our family from a very young age.
You suffered and retained your dignity. Now you are free from your fleshly pain.
The Lord couldn't bear to see you suffer any longer so he called you home and now you are free.

We'll see you again in the sweet bye and bye; hope you'll be there to greet us when our name is called by our Father.❤

It is with the utmost regret that I offer my most sincere condolences over the loss of Joe. I was one of his Postal Inspection Service academy classmates and a fellow Navy Vet. I was amazed and in awe, as were many of us, as we listened to Joe describe the seemingly insurmountable obstacles prior to becoming an Inspector. His tenacity for living life has been and always will be an inspiration.
