Dear Mac and family,
It was with great sadness that I learned of Hazel's death last evening from my cousin, Colleen Blystone. Harold and I had a very nice visit with Hazel last July when in the Mars' area. My brother also enjoyed a visit with her a couple years ago when he was in from California. We always appreciated Hazel's Christmas cards that were always filled with family news. She was faithful in trying to keep those of us who wandered from the Pennsylvania area in touch with family activities. We will miss her. There is a new angel in God's Heaven today, named Hazel. We are unable to attend the service for Hazel tomorrow, but we shall surely be with you in thought and prayer. In sympathy, with love and hugs, Lou Ann

Hazel would take care of our hair cuts and then let my Mom, twin sister, and I go back to visit with her Mom. Those were special times. Hazel was a very kind person and will be missed.

Hazel was a very kind person, sharing everything she had with everybody. She was always fun to be with. I always felt very close to her and all of her family and I have many wonderful memories of our times together. My sympathy to all of the Purvis family. With Love, Dorothy Taylor

Her loving laugh has joined in the Angels choir. She touched my heart a long time ago and her memory has never and will never fade. My condolences to the family. Rosey

I was deeply saddened to hear of aunt hazel 's passing. She was a great joy to me as I was growing up. She was my Sunday school teacher and I actually still have a book she gave me from Sunday school. My thoughts and prayers are with the family at this time. I have so many many fond and funny memories of hazel. She will be so sadly missed. God bless her always..

Hazel was such a joy to be around even when she was not feeling well. We will truly miss seeing her smiling face and laughter. We loved her dearly.
