William Emory Snider

William Emory Snider, age 77, of Seven Fields, formerly of Murrysville, passed away on Monday, December 3, 2018 at UPMC Passavant Hospital in McCandless Twp.

Born in McKeesport, PA on February 21, 1941, he was the son of the late Elmer and Esther Robinson Snider.

Bill worked as a chemist for Exxon Mobile.

He was a member of St. Kilian Knights of Columbus Council #14807.

He was the beloved husband and best friend to his loving wife, Mary Jane Bowers Snider, who he married on October 21, 1967; father of Erik (Alyssa) Snider of Louisiana, Scott (Lauren) Snider of Bellevue, Dr. Jennifer (Dr. Brian) Germanoski of Meadville, PA and Erin (Evan) Caruso of Cranberry; “Bungie” to his eight grandchildren, Anna, Krysta, Kayla, Sydney, Matthew, Katelyn, Chloe, and Kacie; brother of Nancy Snider of Florida; and brother-in-law of Janice (Warren) George of Maryland.

Friends will be received at the McDonald-Aeberli Funeral Home, Inc. 238 Crowe Ave. Mars, PA on Thursday from 2-4 & 6-9 PM. Mass of Christian Burial in St. Kilian Church, 7076 Franklin Rd. Cranberry Twp., PA 16066 on Friday, December 7, 2018 at 12:00 PM, with Fr.
