William Pazer Obituary

William Victor Pazer, 78, of Connellsville, passed away peacefully on May 23, 2024, in Uniontown Hospital surrounded by his family and closest friends after a short battle with cancer. He was born on April 19, 1946, the youngest of two sons to the late Victor and Julia Pazer of Scottdale, Pa. Known as Bill to all who knew him, he was a veteran of the U.S. Army. Prior to his retirement, Bill had spent his occupational career as a welder. He had quite an eye for detail, and as such, he enjoyed landscaping and carpentry projects in his spare time. He also enjoyed going to car shows with friends and spending time with his two cats. In addition to his parents, he is preceded in death by his brother, Richard Pazer and his niece, Jacque Pazer. He is survived by his two sons: Eric Pazer and his wife, Mandy, of Connellsville and Gregg Pazer and his wife, Jalaine, of Houston, Texas. Additionally survived by his sister-in-law Janet Pazer, of Mt. Pleasant; nephews Richard Pazer and his wife, Tammy, of Youngwood and David Pazer and his wife Terri, of Pittsburgh; his ex-wife Louisa Clawson, of Connellsville; former sisters in-law Barbara Karp, and her husband, Bob, of Connellsville and Margaret Molinaro, of Connellsville; brother-in-law Carmine V. Molinaro Jr. of Connellsville; and Anthony Vall and his family, of Lemont Furnace, of whom he lovingly thought of as his second family. At Bill’s request there will be no public service or visitations. A private memorial service will be held on Friday, May 31, 2024, at the National Cemetery of the Alleghenies. In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to any local animal shelter or rescue.
