He worked for the family dairy, Valley View Dairy, for 35 years.  He then found a second career driving a charter tour bus all over the country for Butler Motor Transit for 18 more years.  Retiring at the age of 70, he realized he had more to offer so he worked another ten years with other retirees at the Butler Auto Auction until the age of 80.

He was a lifelong member of the Valencia United Presbyterian Church, and the Valencia Volunteer Fire Company. He was a member and past president of the Rich-Mar Rotary, where he was a Paul Harris Fellow.  Wayne had been a member of the Valencia Historical Society and a board member of the Farm Credit Bureau. For many years he was the superintendent of the West Union Cemetery Association.

He spent his retirement years enjoying his family and helping others.

Surviving are his loving wife of 68 years, Roma Davis Park, his daughters, Karen Davidson (Dave) of Mars and Sheryl Toomey (Brian) of Middlesex Twp., his sons, Roger Park (Susan) and Randy Park (Dara), both of Middlesex Twp.
