Toni K. Settlemire-Taylor

Toni K. Settlemire-Taylor, age 73, of Lawrenceville, formerly of Mars, passed away on Friday morning, September 6, 2024 at her home in Lawrenceville.

Born in Butler, PA on November 17, 1950, she was the daughter of the late Dale and Elaine Settlemire.

Toni graduated form Mars High School in 1969 and attended Butler County Community College.

She was a member of Crestview Community Church in Callery, PA. Toni was an accomplished organist and played for several weddings and other events over the years.

She was a member of Rainbow for Girls Chapter 271 in Mars and also a State Grand Lecturer for Rainbow for Girls.

Toni started her career at Tom Henry Chevrolet and then had several other jobs through the years.

Surviving are her son, Richard P. Merdian, Jr. and his wife, Sarah Tucker and their sons, Corbin and Isaac, all of Conway, her brother, Scott Settlemire of Mars, a sister-in-law, Kathy Ross Settlemire of Mars, two nephews, R. Grant Settlemire and his wife, Stefanie of Evans City and Eric M. Settlemire of Valencia and several great nieces and nephews.

She was preceded in death by her brother, Richard Settlemire and her first husband, Richard P. Merdian.
