Shawn E. Chapman

Shawn E. Chapman, age 46, of Cranberry Twp., passed away on Wednesday, December 15, 2021 at Cranberry Place.

Born in Muncy, PA on May 19, 1975, he was the son of Patricia Ann Lovell Loner and the late Walter Eugene Chapman.

Shawn worked in IT for Bayer Corporation for almost 20 years.

He was an active member at Dutilh United Methodist Church. He loved hunting, fishing, woodworking, running, gardening, canning cooking, barbequing, and smoking meats. He was a foamer: “enjoyed traveling to  watch trains with his sons at Horseshoe Curve”. He also parent coached his son’s baseball teams and helped guide his sons in Cub Scouts over the years.

Surviving are his wife, Cassandra “Casey” Crowe Chapman, who he married on August 17, 2002, his children, Mason and Morgan Chapman, his mother Patricia Loner of Montoursville, his sister, Michelle Loner, step-sisters and step-brothers along with his mother-in-law, Sherry Crowe. Also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.

Friends will be received at the McDonald-Aeberli Funeral Home, Inc. 238 Crowe Ave. Mars, PA on Friday from 2-4 and 6-8 PM. At the request of the family, MASKS ARE REQUIRED.
