Senta A. (Brakhane) Gavula

Senta A. Gavula, age 92, of Mars, formerly of Butler and Saxonburg, passed away on Saturday afternoon, May 3, 2025 at Concordia of Cranberry.

Born in Holzminden, Germany of August 2, 1932, she was the daughter of the late Heinreich and Frieda Meyer Brakhane.

Senta had been a Vo-tech Teacher at A.W. Beattie Tech in McCandless Twp.

She had been a member of St. Luke's Lutheran Church in Cabot.

Surviving are her son, John Erik Gavula and his wife, Audrey of Mars and her granddaughter, Rooney.

Friends will be received at the McDonald-Aeberli Funeral Home, Inc. 238 Crowe Ave. Mars, PA on Tuesday, May 6, 2025 from 6-8 PM. Private entombment will be in Butler County Memorial Park, Butler, PA.
