Robert L. "Bobby" Pierce

Robert L. “Bobby” Pierce, age 75, of Evans City, formerly of Cranberry Twp., passed away on Tuesday afternoon, September 6, 2022 at UPMC Passavant Hospital in McCandless Twp.

Born in Pittsburgh, PA on May 30, 1947, he was the son of the late Robert and Dorothy Zimmer Pierce.

Bobby had been a welder at Dravo Corporation and later worked in the Maintenance Department at Eichleay and for the Butler Housing Authority.

He had been a member of the Cranberry Community United Presbyterian Church.

He proudly served in the United States Navy during the Vietnam War.

Surviving are his wife, Gail G. Granger Pierce, who he married on October 22, 1977, his daughter, Kelly Goetz and her husband, Jared of Evans City, his grandchildren that he adored, Taylor, Nicholas and Logan and his brother, Clyde Pierce and his wife, Sandy of Reserve Twp.

He was preceded in death by his brothers, Donald and David Pierce.
