Rev. William R. Aiken

Rev. William R. Aiken, age 84, of Warren, Ohio, passed away on Sunday evening, August 18, 2024 at Cortland Community in Cortland, Ohio.

Born in Bellevue, PA on September 11, 1939, he was the son of the late Robert W. "Red" and Ursula C. Enders Aiken.

A graduate of Mars High School, he served in the United States Navy during peacetime.

Bill was a Gospel Minister with Israel Hope Ministries.

Surviving are his wife, Lillie Ann Ferguson Aiken, two sons, Rev. Michael Aiken (Donna) of Orwell, Ohio and William "Rob" Aiken, Jr. (Penny) of Jeffersonville, VT, two daughters, Terri and Valerie Aiken, both of Streetsboro, Ohio, 13 grandchildren and one great granddaughter. A sister, Kathleen Kimpel of Girard, Ohio, two brothers, Gerald P. Aiken (Mary) of Washington State and Mark E. Aiken of Desota, TX and nieces and nephews.

He was preceded in death by a brother, James A. Aiken.

Friends are invited to a Graveside Service at Mars Cemetery, Dobson Rd. Mars, PA 16046 on Friday, August 23, 2024 at 1:00 PM. His son, Rev. Michael Aiken will officiate.

Additionally the family will also greet friends at the Calvary Bible Church, 4747 Warren Rd. Cortland, Ohio 44410 on Saturday, August 24, 2024 from 10:00 AM until 12:00 PM. A Memorial Service will follow at 12:00 Noon.
