Ralph R. Plunkard

Ralph R. Plunkard, age 58, of Mars, passed away on Thursday evening, January 12, 2023 at UPMC Passavant Hospital in McCandless Twp.

Born in Kittanning, PA on May 23, 1964, he was the son of the late Melvin L. and Genevieve G. Draper Plunkard, Sr.

Ralph had been a school bus driver for North Allegheny School District.

Surviving are his wife, Margo L. Whitfield Plunkard, who he married on September 22, 1998, his step-son, Jason Lent of Indiana, PA, his step-daughter, Amanda Shutko (John) in Michigan, five step-grandchildren, his sisters, Linda Plunkard of Evans City, Debra Sue Betts of Sarver and Beatrice Wideman (Milton) of Canton, Ohio and many nieces and nephews.

He was preceded in death by his brothers, Melvin L. Plunkard, Jr. and Robert Plunkard.

Friends will be received at the McDonald-Aeberli Funeral Home, Inc. 238 Crowe Ave. Mars, PA on Saturday, January 21, 2023 from 2-4 PM. Services will follow at 4:00 PM at the funeral home.
