Paul F. Coleman

Paul F. Coleman of Valencia,  passed away on Saturday morning, September 2, 2023 at Concordia of Cranberry in Mars at the age of 105. He was formerly of Somerset, PA, Chattanooga, TN, Johnstown, PA and Dayton, Ohio,

Born on February 14, 1918 in Somerset, PA, he was the son of Steward and Jenny Weigle Coleman.

Paul had worked as a driver for Schmidt Baking Company in Johnstown for nearly 30 years.

He was an avid gardener, enjoyed nature and animals, traveling and the Pittsburgh Pirates, but he most loved his family and was always there for them. 

Paul was preceded in death by his wife of 69 years, Betty Faidley Coleman, who he married on September 11, 1940 and who died on November 30, 2009, by his sisters, Joann Cage and Frances Fox and his brothers, John and Cloyde Coleman.

Surviving are his son, Thomas Coleman and his wife, Jenene of Valencia, his daughter, Linda Adams and her husband, Eugene of Valencia, his granddaughter, Rhonda Vasilj and her husband, Michael of Mars and his great grandchildren, Noah, Luke and Ella Vasilj.
