Patricia J. (Boden) Zabish

Patricia J. Boden Zabish, age 94, of Mars, formerly of Pine Twp., passed away on Saturday morning, November 29, 2025 in the comfort of her home.

Born in Wilkinsburg, PA on April 12, 1931, she was the daughter of the late James C. and Ethel M. Beech Boden.

Pat had been a secretary for 26 years for Mine Safety Appliances in Callery.

She was a member of the Mars United Presbyterian Church.

Surviving are two daughters, Cindy Bates (Tom) of Mars, with whom she made her home and Karen Smith (John) in North Carolina, a son, Charles Zabish (Judy) in Texas, a daughter-in-law, Darlene Zabish of Valencia, two step-sons, Rodney and Philip Zabish, both in California, nine grandchildren, 21 great grandchildren and nieces and nephews.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Philip F. Zabish, who she married on February 14, 1959 and who died on April 30, 1999, by a son, Edward Zabish and by her brothers, James Boden, Richard Boden and Arthur Boden.

Friends will be received at the McDonald-Aeberli Funeral Home, Inc. 238 Crowe Ave. Mars, PA on Wednesday from 2-4 and 6-8 PM. Services will be held on Thursday at 11:00 AM at the funeral home.
