Millard Martin “Marty” Decker, age 62, of Middlesex Township, passed away on Monday morning, April 8, 2024, while under the care of Premier Armstrong Rehabilitation and Nursing Center.
Born in Pittsburgh, PA on September 1, 1961, he was the son of the late Millard and Evelyn Fritz Decker.
Marty graduated from Clarence C. Brown Education Center, and worked at PARC Productions in Butler, PA. He loved collecting watches, going on trips to the Outer Banks with his caregiver Linda, collecting seashells and playing goofy golf. He enjoyed celebrating everyone’s birthdays and going out to eat.
Surviving are his sisters, Connie Gmuer and her companion Roger, of West Virginia, Cheri Rodgers and her husband Al, of Butler; his niece, Arin Rodgers; his caregiver, Linda Cyprian.
In addition to his parents, Marty was preceded in death by his sister Carol Kalkowski, nephew Tyler Rodgers, and a special friend, “Buddy-Boy” Randy.
Friends will be received at the McDonald-Aeberli Funeral Home, Inc., 238 Crowe Ave., Mars, PA on Friday, April 12, 2024, from 5-7 P.M. Burial will be in Glade Run Cemetery.
