Mary Jo Mozurak

Mary Jo Mozurak, On Friday, September 20, 2024, of Ross Township (formerly Mt. Washington) passed away at the age of 61.  Born in Pittsburgh, PA on May 17, 1963, she was the beloved daughter of the late Joseph M. Mozurak, Sr. and Carol Mary Mozurak.  She was the loving sister of Michele Bamburak (Jeffrey).  She is predeceased by a brother, Joseph M. Mozurak, Jr.  Aunt (Mimi) to Sherri Kempf (Michael), Jacob Mozurak and Molly Mozurak.   Great-Aunt to Addison, Landon, and Ryan Kempf.  She is also survived by Aunts and many cousins along with her elderly orange cat, Big Boy.  Mary Jo was a long-time employee of HDR Engineering, Inc.   Mary Jo’s presence enriched the lives around her, particularly the wildlife in her yard (deer, squirrels, chipmunks, and every other living creature in God’s Kingdom).  She was a humble, gentle soul with quick wit and loved by so many.  Friends and relatives are invited to a Christian service to celebrate her life on Monday, September 30th at 11:00 a.m. with a luncheon to follow at the Chapel at Orchard Hill Church on 2551 Brandt School Road in Wexford.  A special thank you to the Oncology and Hospice Staff at AHN who took such good care of her.   In lieu of flowers, donations may be made in memory of Mary Jo to the Humane Animal Rescue of Pittsburgh (HARP), Attn.
