Mary Ann (Borland) McKeon

Mary Ann McKeon, age 84, of Mars, passed away on Thursday morning, May 29, 2025 at UPMC Passavant Hospital in McCandless Twp.

Born in Mars, PA on December 18, 1940, she was the daughter of the late Scott and Frances Kelsey Borland.

A beautician, Mary Ann owned Mary Ann's Beauty Shop in Mars.

She was a member of St. Mark the Evangelist Parish at St. Kilian Church in Cranberry Twp. and was a member of Mars Jr. Women's Club.

Surviving are two daughters, Cheryl Ray (Kevin) of Butler and Darcy Tumminello of Valencia, a son, Michael McKeon (Stacey) of Tellico Plains, Tennessee, her grandchildren, Tyler Ray (Tara), Kelsey Shulik (Nathan), Jared and Brenden McKeon and Christian Tumminello, her great grandchildren, Elliot, Caralina, Waylynn and Hazel, a sister, Joyce Whitfield (Walter) of Mars and nieces and nephews.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Thomas W. "Tom" McKeon, who she married on February 5, 1960 and who died on May 5, 2019 and by a sister, Grace McWilliams.

Friends will be received at the McDonald-Aeberli Funeral Home, Inc. 238 Crowe Ave. Mars, PA on Sunday from 2-4 & 6-8 PM. A Blessing Service will be held on Monday at 10:30 AM at the funeral home with Fr. Charles Bober, officiating. Burial will be in Mars Cemetery, Adams Twp.
