Lois D. (Dombart) Charles

Lois D. Charles, age 70, of Mars, passed away Monday afternoon, May 21, 2018 at Paramount Senior Living in Mars.

Born of May 28, 1947, she was the daughter of the late Richard C. and Lucy M. Pinkerton Dombart.

Lois was a school teacher for the Pittsburgh Public Schools.

She was a former member of Memorial Park Church in North Hills.

Surviving are her husband, William Charles, a daughter, Amanda Truver (Nathen) of Valencia, a son, Jason Sarver (Christy) of Harmony, two step-sons, Peter Charles and Kirk Charles (Rachel), five grandchildren, Madison, Abigail, Cassidy, Sydney and Kaylin, three step-grandchildren, Danita, Amanda, and Ashlee, two sisters, Helen Burns (John) of Evans City, and Carol Robinson (the late Charles) of Valencia and nieces and nephews.

Friends will be received at the McDonald-Aeberli Funeral Home, Inc. 238 Crowe Ave. Mars, PA on Thursday from 2-4 & 6-8 PM. Services will be held on Friday at 11:00 AM at Glade Run Presbyterian Church, 1091 Pittsburgh Rd. Valencia, PA 16059. Rev. Greg Wiest, pastor, officiating. Please meet at the church.
