Lisa Ann George, a devoted wife, mother and grandmother, passed away peacefully, surrounded by loved ones on Sunday morning, June 28, 2026 at the age of 67.
Born in Natrona Heights, PA on February 21, 1959, she was the daughter of the late Edward A. Zendron and H. June Zendron (Stirling).
She will be remembered for her warmth, generosity and inner strength. She dedicated her life to her family, always there for a listening ear and insightful wisdom. She enjoyed reading, playing games with her family, travel and especially her granddaughter.
Lisa had been a computer programmer and consultant and was a member of Glade Run Presbyterian Church.
Surviving are her dedicated husband, Jonathan, who she married on April 28, 1984, beautiful daughters, Amanda George (Luis Cuevas) and Nicole Umstead (Tyler), her granddaughter, Nadine. Also survived by her sisters, Susan Werner (Kempton) and Laurie Tresky (Gary), her brother, Rick Zendron and eleven wonderful nieces and nephews.
Service and interment are private. In lieu of flowers the family suggests donations to the Pulmonary Fibrosis Foundation (www.pulmonaryfibrosis.org), a cause close to Lisa's heart.
