June Mills Obituary
June O. Mills, age 96, of Mars, formerly of Richland Twp., passed away on Tuesday evening, December 26, 2023 in Mars.
Born in Pittsburgh, PA on December 28, 1926, she was the daughter of the late Joseph and Gertrude Hughes Kristian.
June had worked for 24 years as a custodian for T.E. Hohman Company in Gibsonia and later worked 12 years as a custodian at Richland High School.
Surviving are two sisters, Mary Barb Chisnell of Reistertown, MD., and Carol Lee Zarbynicky of Chicora and many nieces and nephews.
She was preceded in death by her husband, John W. “Jack” Mills, who she married on September 20, 1947 and who died on April 27, 2012, and by her sisters, Gertrude Edinger, Joan Dobson, Peggy Peaco and Clara Gray.
Services are private under the direction of the McDonald-Aeberli Funeral Home, Inc. 238 Crowe Ave. Mars, PA and condolences are available at www.mcdonald-aeberli.com.
