Joseph J. "Jim" Fotta

Joseph J. "Jim" Fotta, age 73, of Valencia, passed away on Friday afternoon, January 5, 2024 in the comfort of his home.

Born in Pittsburgh, PA on February 5, 1950, he was the son of the late Joseph John and Selma Fuhr Fotta.

Jim had been an oil field worker in Texas.

He enjoyed working on his classic cars.

Surviving are his wife, LaRue A. Love Fotta, who he married on May 19, 1996, a son, Cody J. Fotta of Pittsburgh, his step-daughters, Jodi Meyers (Glenn) and Chrissi Faulkner (Jason), both of Butler, his step-sons, Joseph Rinehart (Tara) and Michael Rinehart (Jen), both of Butler, 17 grandchildren and one great grandson, his step-mother, Betty Boyle Fotta of Valencia, his sister, Doreen Powell (Wayne) of Tampa, FL and two brothers, Mark Fotta (Patti) and Stephen Fotta, both of Valencia.

He was preceded in death by a daughter, Mary Shan.
