Joan R. (Cadwallader) McQuillan

Joan R. McQuillan, age 85, of Mars, formerly of Hampton Twp., passed away on Sunday morning, September 19, 2021 at Good Samaritan Hospice in Wexford.

Born in Pittsburgh, PA on February 16, 1936, she was the daughter of the late Kenneth and Margaret Brown Cadwallader.

Joan had been a housekeeper at St. Margaret’s Hospital.

She was of the Catholic Faith.

Surviving are two sons, Robert McQuillan (Lisa Sorce) of Richland Twp. and James McQuillan of West Deer, two daughters, Deborah Newcamp (Paul) of Mars and Virginia Funk (Michael) of Richland Twp., her grandchildren, Taressa Rhoads, Dena Miller, Jennifer Newcamp, Louis Funk and James McQuillan and her great grandchildren, Asher, Anna, Elyn, Talon and Elijah.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Robert E. McQuillan, a grandson, Bradley Newcamp, her brothers, Thomas and John Cadwallader and her sisters, Margaret Qualiotto, Helen Manning, Mary Lou Migliretto and Patricia Faggioli.

Friends will be received at the McDonald-Aeberli Funeral Home, Inc. 238 Crowe Ave. Mars, PA on Wednesday from 2-4 and 6-7:30 PM. A Blessing Service will follow at 7:30 PM at the funeral home with Fr.
