James C. Lewis

James C. Lewis, age 66, of Valencia, Adams Twp., passed away on Saturday evening, March 21, 2026 at UPMC Passavant Hospital in McCandless Twp.

Born in Pittsburgh, PA on November 22, 1959, he was the son of the late George and Clarrie Ann Harding Lewis.

He had attended Mars High School and enjoyed bowling and playing fantasy baseball.

Jim had worked as a bartender, a cargo carrier and a courier. 

Surviving are a brother, Michael Lewis of Valencia, two aunts, Janie Mackin of Pittsburgh and Peg Harding of Gibsonia and three cousins, Cindy Kouvaras of Penn Hills, and Kathleen Mackin and Robby Mackin, both of Pittsburgh.

He was preceded in death by his wife, Nanette Munley Lewis, who he married on August 12, 2005 and who died on April 10, 2006, by his step-father, Jack Newell and his step-brother, John Newell.
