Frances J. Wyman, age 91, of Valencia, formerly of Chestnut Grove and Rochester, passed away on Wednesday morning, March 22, 2023 at Concordia of Cranberry.
Born in Rochester, PA on October 3, 1931, she was the daughter of the late Herman and Frances Hinkle Hohl.
Frances was a graduate of the University of Pittsburgh with a B.S. in Education and was a member of the Alpha Delta Pi Sorority. She was also active in Alpha Delta Pi at Michigan State University. She was an elementary school teacher in Midland Boro and Beaver County School and several other school districts.
She was a member of the Trinity Lutheran Church in Butler.
Surviving are her husband, Donald P. Wyman, Ph.D., who she married on June 26, 1954, two sons, Donald P. Wyman (Rebecca) of Murfreesboro, Tennessee and Jonathan E. Wyman (Lori) of Enola, PA, six grandchildren and four great grandchildren.
A private family service will be held at Trinity Lutheran Church, with burial in Sylvania Hills Memorial Park, Rochester, PA. Memorials may be made to Trinity Lutheran Church, 120 Sunset Drive, Butler, PA 16001.
