Elsie E. (Decker) Justice

Elsie E. Justice, age 98, of Cranberry Twp., formerly of State College, passed away on Monday morning, December 26, 2022 at UPMC Passavant Hospital in Cranberry Twp.

Born in State College, PA on September 15, 1924, she was the daughter of the late Edward C. and Sarah M. Taylor Decker.

Elsie had worked in the housekeeping department of nursing facilities.

Surviving are her daughter, Janice Ciolli of Cranberry Twp., her son, Mahlon G. Justice, Jr. of Plano, TX and two grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Mahlon G. Justice, Sr., who she married on May 25, 1945 and who died in February of 1991, and by five brothers.
