Earl H. Campbell Age 95 of Valencia, formerly of Wilkins Township, passed away peacefully on Thursday February 9,2023.
Earl was born in Chambersburg, Pennsylvania on April 14, 1927. He was the son of the late Charles W. Campbell and Ethel Devor Campbell.
Earl worked his entire career for Westinghouse Bettis Atomic Power as a mechanical designer. He was a very active member of Wilkinsburg Baptist Church for many years. Earl served in the United States Navy at the end of World War II on the USS Kearsarge aircraft carrier. He loved the outdoors, sports, building things and especially his family.
Earl was preceded in death by his wife of 68 years Marilyn J. Campbell. He was the loving father of Laura(the late James) Bamford, Ronald (Rita) Campbell, and Glenn (Marian) Campbell . Proud Grandfather of James, Kelly, Allison, Nicholas, Madeline, Gregory, Emily, Grant, and Kathleen and 10 great grandchildren. Earl was the last surviving sibling, he was preceded in death by Richard M and Sylvia Campbell, Raymond C. and Ella Jeanette Hopkins, Ralph Cyril and Evelyn J. Campbell, Robert D. and Rochelle Campbell, Joseph Jr. and Betty Pika.
Friends and family of Earl Campbell will be received at the McDonald-Aeberli Funeral Home Inc. 238 Crowe Ave. Mars, Pennsylvania 16046 on Monday February 13,2023 from 2-4 & 6-8 P.M
Funeral Services will be on Tuesday February 14,2023 at 10:00 A.M. at the Cranberry Community United Presbyterian Church 2662 Rochester Road Cranberry Township, Pennsylvania 16066 PLEASE EVERYONE MEET AT CHURCH
Earl will be interred with his wife at Restland Memorial Park, Monroeville, Pennsylvania.
