Diane Kathryn (Foxworthy) Redvay

Diane Kathryn Redvay, 78, of Richland, PA passed away peacefully on August 14, 2025, with loved ones at her side.

Born in Chicago, she was the daughter of the late Harold and Marcella Foxworthy. She was preceded in death by her beloved husband, Thomas Redvay, with whom she built a life filled with care, strength, and devotion. Diane lived with a rare mix of warmth, humor, and a touch of sass that made everyone feel welcome in her presence. 

Diane’s greatest joy was her family. She was a devoted mother to Gordon, Kevin, Chris, Marna, and John, and an adoring grandmother to Sophie, Stella, Archer, Jack, Jude, Kayla, Brittany, Alyssa, Timmy, and Steven. She filled their lives with unconditional love, encouragement, and laughter, always ready with a hug, a word of wisdom, or a witty comeback that kept her family smiling.

Her kindness reached far beyond her home. Diane gave generously of her time through St. Benedict’s Parish and Mom’s House, where her compassion and generosity touched countless lives. A lifelong reader, she loved sharing books and stories, finding joy in connecting with others through words. She also had a special gift for shopping, whether it was a thoughtful treasure or something playful, she always knew how to make people feel loved and seen.

At Diane’s request, there will be no viewing or service; the family will celebrate her life privately at a later date.  To truly honor her memory, share a cupcake and a cup of tea, and remember the warmth, humor, and love she gave so freely.
