Obituary

David J. Skeehan, age 75, of Valencia, formerly of Gibsonia and Ingomar, passed away on Thursday morning, July 28, 2022 at the Embassy of Saxonburg.

Born in Pittsburgh, PA on September 2, 1946, he was the son of Edward J. and Elizabeth White Skeehan.

Dave was a District Manager for Marriott Corporation in Pittsburgh.

He enjoyed going to gyms and weight lifting.

Surviving are his daughter, Veronica Skeehan-Guthrie and her husband, Todd,  of Allison Park, PA, and her children, Lana, Lauren and Lacie, his sons, Edward Skeehan of Grove City and his children, Derek and Mikala and Matthew Skeehan of Evans City and his son, Logan, his sister, Patricia Lynch of Mechanicsburg and his companion, Kathleen Ryczaj.

He was preceded in death his wife, Sandra A. Dodge Skeehan, who he married on February 21, 1970 and who died on April 8, 2017.

Friends will be received at the McDonald-Aeberli Funeral Home, Inc. 238 Crowe Ave. Mars, PA on Sunday from 2-4 PM. A Blessing Service will be held on Monday at 11:00 AM at the funeral home. Burial will be in Holy Savior Cemetery, Richland Twp. Memorials may be made to the Butler County Humane Society, 1015 Evans City Rd.
