Born and raised in Bellevue, Pennsylvania, Carol started on her journey into adulthood with a fierce determination and a thirst for knowledge. She attended Robert Morris College, and served as a secretary to the president at Fisher Scientific. After having children the family moved to Bradford, Pennsylvania.
Carol was a woman whose life was defined by unwavering strength, selflessness, and an enduring love for her family. Carol was a devoted mother to her nine children, but also a woman with a deep-rooted faith in Jesus Christ.
Carol enjoyed music, she had a beautiful voice and often sang to her children. Among her favorites were the timeless classics "You Are My Sunshine" and "Skid-a-Marinky-Dinky-Dink.” Carol's love for animals was evident as she spent a considerable amount of time working at the SPCA, dedicating herself to the welfare and care of animals. A playful soul, Carol had a favorite quote she shared with her loved ones: "See you later, alligator. After a while, crocodile." This whimsical saying reflected her joyful spirit and her ability to infuse laughter into everyday moments.
As we bid farewell to Carol, we hold onto the precious memories of her warm smile, her playful nature, and the love that she shared with all those around her. Her legacy of strength, faith, and unconditional love will continue to inspire us as we navigate life's journey.
