Betty A. (Jones) Waters

Betty A Waters, age 91, of Gibsonia, PA, formerly of Centerville, OH, passed away at home on August 4, 2024. She was born April 29, 1933, in Mt. Sterling, Ohio, to the late Charles and Grace Jones.

She is preceded in death by her husband Dennis Waters, who she married on July 3, 1955, son David Waters, and brother James Jones.

Surviving are her children Susan Waters (Stuart Schulman), James Waters, and Carolyn Hutchison (Joe), and grandchildren Eliana, Tyler, and Daniel Schulman, Jordan and Connor Hutchison.

Spending time with family brought her immense joy. Reading, playing piano, and shopping online were favorite pastimes. She became close with family dogs Arthur and Norman who comforted her during difficult times.

Betty was surrounded by love in her final months. We are forever grateful to the Allegheny Health Network hospice care team for their time, compassion, and unwavering support of our sweet mother.

Service and interment are private under the direction of the McDonald-Aeberli Funeral Home, Inc. 238 Crowe Ave. Mars, PA.
