Obituary

Anna M. Zwigart, age 88, of Middlesex Twp., Valencia,  passed away on Wednesday morning, March 30, 2022 in the comfort of her home with her family by her side.

Born in Pittsburgh, PA on March 16, 1934, she was the daughter of the late Ardel and Anna Clair Weber.

A homemaker, Anna had attended Holy Sepulcher Church in Glade Mills.

Surviving are a daughter, Lisa Tierney (James) of South Park, a son, Robert Zwigart of Middlesex Twp., her grandchildren, Zachary and Ashley Zwigart and Jayla Tierney, a sister-in-law, Joan Fisher of Saxonburg and many nieces and nephews.

She was preceded in death by her husband, James A. Zwigart, who she married on August 24, 1959 and who died on November 20, 2018, by her sons, James Zwigart, Jr. and Michael Zwigart, by a grandson, Austin “AJ” Zwigart, by a sister, Helen Witkowski and by a brother, Paul Weber.

Friends will be received at the McDonald-Aeberli Funeral Home, Inc., 238 Crowe Ave. Mars, PA on Sunday from 2-4 & 6-8 PM. Mass of Christian Burial in Holy Sepulcher Church, 1304 E. Cruikshank Rd. Butler, PA 16002 (Glade Mills) on Monday at 10:30 AM. Burial will be in Allegheny County Memorial Park, McCandless Twp., PA. Memorials may be made to the Ameican Cancer Society.
