Abraham Moosa age 80 of Treesdale

With the sorrow of departing and the comfort of being home with Jesus, we bid farewell to Abraham Moosa who went to be with the Lord on June 6th, 2023,  after a long and well fought battle with cancer. Abraham passed peacefully at his home in Treesdale, surrounded by his family.

Abraham was the dearly loved husband of Ahlam, much loved father of Tarik, Joe and Danny, loving father-in-law of Amy, Rachel and Annie, wonderful grandfather to Isabella, Brianna, Phineaus, Catherine, Michael, Juliet and Cameron and beloved son of the late Youssef and Selma.  Very dear brother of Aziz (Souad), Muna (late Michel), Marwan (Kowther), Tammam (late Khalil), Wafaa (late Samy), Bassem (Selma), Ibtissam (Ghias) and Moussa (Thana) and a dear brother-in-law and uncle. 

Ahlam and family would like to express their sincere thanks to the UPMC Shadyside nurses and doctors, as well as the Amedisys Hospice nurses and aides for their loving care and attention.

Viewing will be Friday June 9,2023 from 2-4pm and 7-9pm at the McDonald-Aeberli Funeral Home, 238 Crowe Ave, Mars, PA, 16046

A funeral service in memory of Abraham will be held on Saturday June 10,2023 at 10.30am at the Memorial Park Church, 8800 Peebles Road, Allison Park, PA, 15101 with Pastor Dan Hendley of North Park Evangelical Church officiating.

His burial will follow at the Allegheny County Memorial Park.
