Shilesh Kumar Chaturvedi
His official birthdate was September 30, 1945 in Bharatpur, Rajasthan, India and he passed this world on April 6, 2019 after a brief illness. He was born to Larkshaman Swaroop Chaturvedi and his loving mother Anguridevi Chaturvedi. He was raised by his caring Uncle Rameshchand Chaturvedi who was a Vice Air Marshall in the Indian Airforce. He was proceeded by his loving wife Maxine Jacoby formerly of Brownsville, Pennsylvania who died suddenly in 1996. He is survived by the following brothers and sisters: Satish Chand Chaturvedi, Sharad Kumar Chaturvedi, Ravi Kumar, Promad Kumar Chaturvedi, Dilip Kumar Chaturvedi, Ashwani Kumar Chaturvedi, Usha Chatruvedi, Raj Kumari Chaturvedi and many nieces and nephews. Shilesh owned and operated a number of gift shops in and around Pittsburgh. His wife Maxine and himself owned and operated a court reporting service known as Maxine Jacoby and Associates. Hindi last rites occurred on April 8, 2019 and will be followed by appropriate services in his beloved India by his siblings and many nieces and nephews. At the time of his demise he was surrounded by his many friends including Sunder Rao and Clay Morrow. Shilesh was a wise and gentile soul and he will be deeply missed by his family and friends.
