Michael R. Miller, age 26, of Rochester, PA, formerly of Mars, passed away on Friday evening, December 1, 2017.

Born in Beaver, PA on June 5, 1991, he was the son of  Donny Miller and Natalee Anderson Schmidley.

Michael was a welder for J. & W. Steel and most recently working for Iron Worker’s Union Local 3 in Pittsburgh.

He attended Pathway Church in Chippewa and enjoyed hunting, fishing, listening to music and riding quads, but the time spent with his children was most important to him.

Surviving are his son, Jaysen Miller of Rochester and his daughter, Maci Miller of Valencia, his mother, Natalee Schmidley (Tom) of Mars, his father, Donny Miller (Robin) of Hanover, his maternal grandparents, Gerry and Robert Rose of Rochester, his paternal grandfather, John Miller (the late Rose) of Sewickley, and three brothers, Mark and Bobby Miller of Hopewell and Corey Morrison in Maryland.

Friends will be received at the McDonald-Aeberli Funeral Home, Inc. 238 Crowe Ave. Mars, PA on Wednesday from 2-4 & 6-8 PM. Services will be held on Thursday at 11:00 AM at the funeral home. Rev. Matt Frey, officiating. Burial will be in Mars Cemetery, Adams Twp., PA. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be given to the family for the benefit of his children.
