MaryAnn Gallant, age 75, of Cranberry Twp., formerly of Downey, California, died Thursday afternoon, August 31, 2017 at UPMC Passavant Hospital in McCandless Twp.

Born in Pittsburgh, PA on October 20, 1941, she was the daughter of the late Samuel and Martha Pollice Wright.

MaryAnn had been a secretary for Catalina Swimwear and later Boeing.

Surviving are a daughter, Lisa A. Strnad (Jeff) of Connoquenessing, a son, Greg A. Gallant (Dorothy) of Palm Coast, FL., her grandchildren, Briana, Dakota, Rachael, Tina, Emily and Adams, her great grandchildren, Corey, Salvatore, Eithan, Kalina and Kylee, two sisters, Josephine Kelly (Mike) of Harmony and Tess DiPaola (Jerry) of Cranberry Twp., and five brothers, Samuel Wright, Jr. (Nancy) in California, James Wright (Cathy) of Harmony, Frank Wright (Arlene) in Georgia, Charles Wright (Pat) of Ellwood City and Peter Wright (Marcia) of White Oak.

Services and interment are private under the direction of the McDonald-Aeberli Funeral Home, Inc. 238 Crowe Ave. Mars, PA and condolences are available at www.mcdonald-aeberli.com.  Memorials may be made to the Butler County Humane Society, 1015 Evans City Rd, Renfrew, PA 16053.
