Marie D. Thalhofer

Marie D. Thalhofer, age 98, of Glenshaw, Indiana Twp., passed away on Friday morning, October 12, 2018 at Concordia of Cranberry.

Born in Pittsburgh, PA on September 8, 1920, she was the daughter of the late Joseph and Marcella Mock Zoeller.

A homemaker, Marie was a member of St. Mary of the Assumption Catholic Church in Glenshaw and the Christian Mothers there.

Surviving are her husband, Louis Thalhofer, who she married on April 24, 1946, a daughter, Carol Thalhofer (Carl Pfeifer) of Cranberry Twp., two sons, Ronald Thalhofer (Carol) of Butler, and three grandchildren, Patricia, Marsha and Timothy.

She was preceded in death by her brother, Robert Zoeller and her sisters, Clair Kruezer, Mildred Munio, Agnes Tessmer, Leona Schmidt, Marcella Klir and Alberta Pirt.

There will be no calling hours. Friends are invited to a Mass of Christian Burial in St. Kilian Church, 7076 Franklin Rd. Cranberry Twp., PA 16066 on Monday at 11:30 AM, with Fr. Charles Bober, pastor, officiating. Burial will be in St. Mary's Church Cemetery, Glenshaw, PA. Condolences are available at www.mcdonald-aeberli.com.
