John Patrick Donofrio

John Patrick Donofrio, age 54, of Adams Twp., passed away on Saturday, December 22, 2018 at his home.

Born in Youngstown, Ohio on June 23, 1964, he was the son of Ralph Donofrio and the late Margaret “Peggy” McBride Donofrio.

John was a CRM Sales Rep for 23 years with St. Jude Medical, Inc. and was currently working as a Principal Mapping Specialist for Boston Scientific.  He had served in the United States Navy.

He was a member of Treesdale Golf and Country Club.

Surviving are his fiancée, Rachelle Weir, a son, Joseph Anthony (Haley) Donofrio of Naples, FL., a daughter, Jessica Ellen Donofrio (Spencer) of Port Orange, FL., his father, Ralph Donofrio of Youngstown, a brother, Michael Donofrio (Erin) of Struthers, Ohio, two sisters, Maureen Donofrio of Struthers, Ohio and Michelle Fabian (Mike) of Boardman, Ohio, several nieces and nephews and his former spouse Dana Donofrio (Bill Waldschmidt) of Valencia.

Friends will be received at the McDonald-Aeberli Funeral Home, Inc. 238 Crowe Ave. Mars, PA on Friday, December 28, 2018 from 5-8 PM. A Celebration of Life Service will be held on Saturday, December 29, 2018 at 11:00 AM at NorthWay Christian Community, 12121 Perry Highway, Wexford, PA 15090. A reception will follow at the Treesdale Golf and Country Club at 12:30 PM.
