Frank W. McLaughlin, age 80, of Valencia, formerly of Franklin Park, died Thursday morning, August 24, 2017, at LAS St. John Specialty Care Center in Mars.

Born in Wheeling, W.VA., on May 16, 1937, he was the son of the late Milton and Helen Wallace McLaughlin.

He was the owner of McLaughlin and Associates, a corporate executive search company.

He served as a Specialist Fourth Class in the United States Army.

Surviving are his wife, Loralee Sumy McLaughlin, who he married on October 31, 1970, a daughter, Kimberly Simpson (Brian) in Utah, two sons, Chad McLaughlin and his wife, Danielle, of North Huntingdon and Sean McLaughlin of Valencia, a sister, Cherylle Rhodes of Zelienople, his grandchildren, Samantha, Cole, Evelyn and Cali and his great grandchildren, Aubree and Allison.

Friends will be received at the McDonald-Aeberli Funeral Home, Inc., 238 Crowe Ave. Mars, PA on Sunday from 7-9 PM. Services will be held on Monday at 10:30 AM at the funeral home.
