Edna M. “Dee” Peaco, age 80, of Richland Twp., died Wednesday evening, August 30, 2017 at Sugar Creek Station in Franklin.

Born in Arnold, PA on May 10, 1937, she was the daughter of the late Courtney and Edna DeMartini Reader.

Edna had worked as a housekeeper for UPMC Passavant Hospital in McCandless Twp. for 21 years.

She was of the Lutheran faith and enjoyed casinos and slots.

Surviving are a son, Charles Reader (Wei) of Columbus, OH, a grandson, Charles Reader, Jr., three step-grandchildren, Ronica, Bonnie and Michael, a brother, David Reader of Gibsonia, and two sisters, Ramona Schmidt of Butler and Diane Riegler of Gibsonia.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Raymond D. Peaco, who she married on December 31, 1965 and who died on October 5, 1990, by a brother, Harold Reader and by a granddaughter.
