Donald A. Coleman

Donald A. Coleman, age 72, of Bairdford, West Deer Twp., died on Saturday morning, June 23, 2018 at UPMC Passavant Hospital in McCandless Twp.

Born in Pittsburgh, PA on June 14, 1946, he was the son of the late John "Jack" and Dorothy Coleman.

Donald had been a painter for North Hills Passavant Hospital.

Surviving are his wife,  Jeanie Schmiedel Coleman, who he married on April 11, 1970, a daughter, Suzanne M. Coleman of Bairdford, a son,  Thomas L. Coleman (Jessie) of Arlington, VA., and his grandchildren, Jacob, Nathaniel, Miriam and Leia.

He was preceded in death by his brothers, John Coleman, Jr. and James Coleman.

Friends will be received at the McDonald-Aeberli Funeral Home, Inc. 238 Crowe Ave. Mars, PA on Monday, June 25, 2018  from 2-4 & 7-9 PM. Blessing Service on Tuesday at 10:30 AM at the funeral home with Fr. Charles Bober, pastor of St. Kilian Church, officiating. Burial will be in West Union Cemetery, Pine Twp., PA.
