Dolores V. (Rosso) Steck

Dolores V. Steck, age 77, of Middlesex Twp., passed away on Friday morning, February 15, 2019 at the Butler VNA Inpatient Hospice with her family by her side.

Born in Pittsburgh, PA on September 19, 1941, she was the daughter of the late James and Sue Pittore Rosso.

Dolores had been a secretary for St. Barnabas in Gibsonia and was a member of Holy Sepulcher Church in Glade Mills.

Surviving are a daughter, Kathleen “Kathy” Keown and her husband, Thomas of Renfrew, a son, William Steck and his wife, Shirley of Summerfield, N.C., her grandchildren, Michael, Matthew (Robin), Kayla, Shayne, Matt, Lindsay, Lisa and David and her great grandchildren, Madison, Mikaela, Matthew, Sagan, Atley and Leam.

She was preceded in death by her husband, William F. Steck, who she married on January 1, 1961 and who died on March 24, 2011.

Friends will be received at the McDonald-Aeberli Funeral Home, Inc. 238 Crowe Ave. Mars, PA on Monday from 4-8 PM. A service will be held on Tuesday at 11:00 AM at the funeral home with Evangelist Brian Lott, officiating.
