Robert C. Staaf, Jr., age 70, of Mars, died on Monday afternoon, September 18, 2017 at UPMC Passavant Hospital in McCandless Twp.

Born in Butler, PA on December 31, 1946, he was the son of the late Robert C. and Madelynn Wilson Staaf, Sr.

Bob had been an airline mechanic for U.S. Air.

Surviving are a son, Robert Staaf, his sister, Annetta Setzenfand of Gibsonia, three nephews, Dale, John and Jeff Setzenfand, two aunts, Helen Logan of Butler and Betty Staaf in Georgia and cousins.
