Michael A. Ness, age 43, of Butler, died at his home on Sunday, July 3, 2016.

Born in Pittsburgh, on August 25, 1972, he was the son of Dennis (Phyllis) Ness of Butler and Joanne (Wesley) Bailes of Murrells Inlet, SC.

Michael was employed by Shields Asphalt Paving Inc., for 25 Years, where he found great Devotion to his work.

He enjoyed boating and traveling to St. Thomas, where he and his wife owned property, and spending time along the Allegheny River.

Surviving is his wife, Jennie Spohn Ness, his daughter, Sydney M. Ness; his father, Dennis (Phyllis) Ness and his mother, Joanne (Wesley) Bailes; two sisters, Kimberly (Mark) McKean and Amy (Robert, III) Poston both of Butler; and 2 nieces and 2 Nephews and several Aunts, Uncles and cousins.

He was preceded in death by his Grandparents.

At Michaels request there will be no visitation.  A Private Memorial Service will be held for the Family.
