James L. Fetterhoff, age 85, of Middlesex Twp., Valencia, passed away on Saturday morning, December 16, 2017 in the comfort of his home.

Born in Plumville, Indiana County, PA on June 13, 1932, he was the son of the late Milo and Grace Allison Fetterhoff.

Jim was a supervisor for 38 years at People’s Natural Gas in Richland Twp.

He was a member of Life Pointe Alliance Church (Mars Alliance) and had served in the United States Navy during the Korean War.

Surviving are three daughters, Pam Huber (Michael) and Lisa Lee (Jeff), both of Middlesex Twp., and Renee Fetterhoff of Aliquippa, a son, Dennis Fetterhoff (Diane) of Butler, a daughter-in-law, Micki Fosbrink Fetterhoff of Valencia, two sisters, Barbara Fredley (Donald) and Nancy Coon, both of Mars.  Also nine grandchildren and many great grandchildren.

He was preceded in death by his wife, Shirley Ann Black Fetterhoff, who he married on May 21, 1955 and who died on April 8, 2014, by a son, David Fetterhoff and by two sisters, Evelyn Burns and Mildren DeLucia.

The family will greet friends on Thursday, December 21, 2017 at the Life Pointe Alliance Church, 997 Route 228 Mars, PA 16046 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM. Services will follow at 11:00 AM at the church, with Rev. Jeff Lawther, officiating. Memorials may be made to the Allegheny Valley School, 1996 Ewings Mill Rd.
