H. Norman Friedline

H. Norman “Young Pa” Friedline, age 91, of Richland Twp., passed away on Wednesday morning, February 7, 2018 at St. Barnabas Home in Gibsonia.

Born in Pittsburgh, PA on January 4, 1927, he was the son of the late Arno and Elsie Schultz Friedline.

Norman was a self-employed general contractor and painter for 40 years in Pittsburgh and North Hills.

He loved camping and fishing at Pymatuning Lake Village in Andover, Ohio.

He had served in the United States Navy during W.W. II and the Korean War.   He was a life member of the V.F.W.

Husband of Emily Grace Wehner Friedline, father of Susan Friedline Largent, Paul Friedline, Claudia Friedline Dashio (Chip), Donald T. Friedline (Anita Flowers), six grandchildren, nine great grandchildren and a brother, Donald Shaw Friedline.
