Clara M. Kwadrat, passed away on Saturday, June 24, 2017, age 99, of Richland Twp., formerly of West Mifflin.  She was the daughter of Peter and Anna Zahursky Polivka. She was preceded in death by her loving husband, Adolph Kwadrat. Beloved mother of Carl Kwadrat (Margaret) of Reston, VA., Susan Kwadrat of Columbus, Ohio, Leda Kwadrat (John Budzinkay) of Mars, grandmother of Michael Kwadrat (Rebecca), Theresa Nadolson (Randy) and Marvin Morofield, five great grandchildren and her late siblings, Emil Polivka,  Eleanor Vaskov and Irene Segina. A retired Carnegie Mellon University employee and homemaker, Clara was a member of St. Nicholas Russian Orthodox Church. Family requests memorial contributions be made to St. Barnabas Charities, 5850 Meridian Rd. Gibsonia, PA  15044.
